Our staff

Jackie joined the Mother Goose team in 2006 after gaining her Level 3 qualification in 1997. Both of Jackie's daughters attended the pre-school between 2000 and 2005.

After becoming Deputy Manager in 2019 she took on the role of Co-Manager in April 2025. Jackie brings both experience and her love and care of children to help make Mother Goose a truly special place.

Emma joined Mother Goose Pre-School in March 2019 and has over 20 years experience working in childcare. Emma is mum to three children.

Emma became Co-Manager, alongside Jackie, in April 2025 and together they are responsible for the daily management of the Pre-School. Emma is Level 3 qualified and is training for her level 5 in Childcare. She is loved by all the staff and children.

Sian joined the Mother Goose team in April 2025. She has settled in really well and together with Jackie and Emma they make a great team. 

Sian has over 20 years experience working in childcare and is very passionate about her job. Sian is also level 3 qualified and is a mother herself to a little girl. At Mother Goose Sian treats the children as if they were her own and is loved by all the children.

Sera has been in charge of admin at Mother Goose since 2024. She is responsible for keeping the business side of pre-school running smoothly, keeping track of admissions, fee payments, school trips, and all sorts of other behind-the-scenes jobs.

Sera is also well-loved by all the children, as she gets involved outside the office too!

Julie joined the Mother Goose team in 2025.

She has been part of the education sector since 2011, beginning as a parent volunteer when her eldest child was three years old. She moved to working with EYFS in a preschool and then on to another nursery. She has a level 2 in childcare and is mum to two girls.

She currently comes in on Thursdays and is loved by all the children.
